Fernando Diniz

Director of Advancement

Fernando Diniz has over a decade of experience in developing educational and sociocultural projects focused on child development.

Before directing his work toward educational initiatives, he was part of the group Oba Oba Samba House, an experience that strengthened his ability to connect people, work collaboratively, and coordinate creative projects, skills he applies today in his institutional role.

He is the creator of Boogye, an educational project adopted by hundreds of schools and municipal education departments in Brazil, promoting learning through music, movement, and social interaction.

A jiu-jitsu practitioner for 11 years, he holds the rank of brown belt (4th degree) and serves as a children’s coach at Gracie Barra Celebration, contributing to the development of discipline, self-confidence, focus, and respect among children and adolescents.

He holds a degree in Digital Marketing and a postgraduate specialization in Neuromarketing, as well as certifications in Music Education, Music Therapy, and Web Development.

As Secretary, Treasurer & Director of Advancement, he is responsible for administrative and financial management, institutional strengthening, partnership development, and fundraising.

His commitment is to promote experiences that inspire, educate, and build community bonds, bringing together art, education, and sports as tools for social transformation.
